Recall Details:

Date of announcement: March 16th, 2022

Description: This voluntary recall involves the B. toys wooden activity walker – Walk ‘n’ Learn. This product is a wooden walker for toddlers with yellow sides, blue wheels, and multicolored activity features on the front.

Product numbers: BX2008, BX2095, BX2126

Countries affected: US and Canada

Hazard: The wheels and wheel attachment hardware (nuts and bolts) can become detached, posing a potential choking hazard to young children

Remedy: Immediately take the recalled B. toys wooden activity walker away from children and tighten the wheels using one of the following two options.

Option 1: Use personal tools

Use a pair of pliers or a wrench to tighten the nuts and bolts on the loose wheels.

Option 2: Request a B. toys repair kit

If needed, request a free B. toys repair kit that includes 4 new wheels as well as all the tools and hardware required to complete a wheel replacement.
